Falls continue to strain health care - SmrtBed could save millions in patient costs

IntelliView works with Alberta Heath Services on a pilot using SmrtBed to monitor bed ridden patients. Real-time alerts are sent to nursing staff when a patient leaves the bed. Health care staff can use this technology to significantly reduce falling injuries for bed ridden patients.
